Welcome to the gardens of Casa Fiat de Cultura, home to the final section of the exhibition Celebrating the Streets: 50 Years of Fiat and Brazilianness. Through art, design and history, you are invited to explore different perspectives on the future.
The mural by Pernambuco-born visual artist Derlon—an original work created especially for this exhibition—draws on the aesthetics of popular woodcut prints to envision a future rooted in ancestry, simplicity, nature, diversity and human connection.
Among the trees, iconic cars stand as powerful symbols of time in motion throughout this journey, which began at the entrance to the building. They carry with them valuable elements such as emotional memories, innovation, technology, originality and a close connection to everyday life.
It is a vision of how the past can serve as a bridge to the future, and of how modern Brazil will continue to reinvent itself.
Take your time, enjoy the freshness of nature and this inspiring path. Here, the street is yours.
Enjoy the journey!
